No. This system uses a secure web portal (website) to send messages to your doctor and doctor’s support staff directly to our electronic health record system. This allows staff to view your request alongside your electronic chart.
You should contact our office and request an enrollment token. While it isn’t necessary to use an email address to enroll in the Patient Portal, your experience will be greatly enhanced if you provide our office with an email address or add it to your user profile after you have completed the enrollment process. The ability to self-enroll without contacting our office will be available soon.
Your privacy is important. If your token is not being accepted by the enrollment website, you may request a new token by contacting our office and completing our verification process. Once your identity has been verified, another token will be generated for you. Once you have completed the enrollment process and your token has been accepted you will not need the token anymore.
