As COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus, information and developments evolve, we want to assure you that the health, safety and welfare of our patients is our highest priority. We are prepared to act as needed to protect your health and that of our employees, while continuing to operate with the highest level of care.

To limit the spread of this infectious disease and protect those individuals who are most vulnerable, please review the information below. A wealth of information and knowledge can be found there to help inform the public regarding steps you can take to keep you, your family and others safe.

If you are experiencing a health emergency, CALL 911

For questions regarding Covid-19 please call your Primary Care Provider or the Utah Health Department.

If you are sick and have a fever, cough and shortness of breath, stay home!

Call Ahead. If you have an appointment and you have Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms, please call the office for instructions.

If you are older, have a weakened immune system or have a serious chronic medical condition, stay home as much as possible and avoid crowds.
